Brand Identity

Hatched is a bakery based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin who prides themselves on vintage styles of baking, just like how grandma did it. They use local ingredients as often as possible and cater to the seasons.

Hatched was formed after Allison and Craig Cebulla went on a long road trip / honeymoon and had the epiphany of starting their own hand pie bakery. Inspired by her mother and grandmother who used “hatched” in their own vocabulary to describe coming up with a new idea, Allison decided it was a perfect name for the bakery.
